How do you select your Caregivers?
Our Caregivers are our own employees that are thoroughly interviewed and screened. Each one goes through a serious background check and criminal background check. Our Caregivers are chosen for each client’s individual’s needs to help make the perfect match for the family.
Do you offer 24-hour care or overnight services?
Yes, we absolutely do, please talk to our Wellness Coordinator about that during your intake call.
Do you only provide care for Seniors?
Although most of our clients are Seniors, we will help any adult from age of 18 and older.
What kind of home care services do you provide?
We offer care from companionship to hospice care and everything in between. We specialize in acute care and can assist with clients with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, recovering from surgeries, Strokes and many more.

Yes, we accept Long Term Care Insurance and can assist you with submitting the claim.
How do I pay for services for my loved one?
We offer several flexible payment options to fit your needs. If you own your home, we also have partnerships with private agencies to explore solutions such as reverse mortgages. Through a reverse mortgage, you can receive monthly payments while continuing to live in your home. This option can provide you with the financial flexibility to cover the cost of services comfortably.
Where can you provide care for our loved one?
Wherever your loved one lives—whether it’s their home, an apartment, or a senior living facility.
What if I am not happy with the Caregiver that has been assigned to my loved one?
Our goal is to ensure your loved one is happy and comfortable. We will change caregivers until we find the perfect fit.
What happens if my loved one needs more or less care than originally planned?
Not a problem, we can make adjustments to the hours of our Caregiver.
